Shipping and Delivery
Shipping within Singapore
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
- Normal Mail via Singpost
For orders below SGD80 we provide free local shipping via Singpost. Please note that free local shipping is via normal mail and this is non-trackable. Hence, we will not be able to replace or refund your order if your item has been lost, misplaced or mishandled by Singpost. We highly recommend that you opt for SmartPac delivery whenever possible.
- SmartPac via Singpost
For orders above SGD80 we provide free local shipping via SmartPac. SmartPac is trackable and delivery can be tracked on Singpost's website. In the event that you are not at home during delivery, the item will be delivered into your mailbox.
- Courier Service
All orders can be delivered via courier service. You will be provided with delivery information upon checkout.
- Pick Up at Slap
Orders can be picked up at Slap. Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm a pickup date.
All orders will be shipped via our delivery partners and you may select your preferred carrier at checkout. Delivery takes about 2-4 weeks. Please use the tracking information provided to you when the item has shipped. We are not able to track your item on your behalf once it leaves Singapore.
Customs and import duties may be charged for orders outside of Singapore. These charges have to be paid in full by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of the amount. Custom policies vary widely so please check with your local customs office on what these might be.
There could be postage delays or your package may be held up at customs. Please understand that this out of our control.
