Shipping and Delivery

Shipping within Singapore

If you require urgent delivery of your purchase, please contact us before you place your order to confirm a delivery slot. Urgent deliveries will be charged an additional fee.


Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. However during sales and busy periods, please allow up to 4-5 business days for your order to be shipped out.

  • Normal Mail via Singpost

For orders below SGD80 we provide free local shipping via Singpost. Please note that free local shipping is via normal mail and this is non-trackable. Hence, we will not be able to replace or refund your order if your item has been lost, misplaced or mishandled by Singpost. By selecting normal mail as your mode of postage, you have deemed to absolve Aleta Active of all responsibility of lost or missing packages sent via Singpost. We highly recommend that you opt for SmartPac delivery or via courier service whenever possible.

  • Local Courier Service

For orders above SGD80 we provide free local shipping via a local courier. This is trackable and delivery can be tracked via a link sent to you once your order has been prepared for shipment. Local courier service is available at an additional $4 for orders below SGD80

  • Pick Up at Breathe Dance Co

Orders can be picked up at Breathe. Please write to hello@aletaactive.com to confirm a pickup date. Please allow up to one week for your order to be delivered to the studio.

 

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping via Singpost's International Registered Mail for purchases above SGD200. This includes a tracking number and would reach you usually between 7-24 working days. Please note that due to COVID-19, flights out of Singapore may be delayed and this is beyond our control. For purchases below SGD200, you may ship them via the same service for a flat rate of SGD10.

If you prefer a different postal service, you also have an option of paying for a  different carrier at checkout. The delivery time will be stated for each different service. Please use the tracking information provided to you when the item has shipped. We are not able to track your item on your behalf once it leaves Singapore.

Customs and import duties may be charged for orders outside of Singapore. These charges have to be paid in full by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of the amount. Custom policies vary widely so please check with your local customs office on what these might be. 

There could be postage delays or your package may be held up at customs. Please understand that this out of our control.
