Returns and Exchange

We understand that it can be challenging getting the right fit when buying online. As such, we accept returns and within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached and packed in the original clear bags with barcodes still visible. Items with makeup stains will not be accepted. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase in order for the return to be approved. We offer store credits in the form of a discount code for all returned items.

Exchange

We no longer reserve items for exchange. Please return the item and purchase your preferred size. You are required to pay for your return shipping.

Return

If you prefer to return your item, we will issue a store credit equivalent to your purchase amount minus shipping charges. Please write to us for instructions on how to proceed.

We do not offer refunds of purchases.

Preorders and Discounted Items

We do not exchange nor refund any item bought during a preorder or when an item is bought at a discount using a coupon code. This includes items that are on sale.
