Returns and Exchange
We understand that it can be challenging getting the right fit when buying online. As such, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached. Items with makeup stains will not be accepted. Return package must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase in order for the return to be approved. We offer store credit and exchange of purchased item.
If you need a different size please write to us as soon as possible to check and reserve the item. If the item is available, we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Your first exchange via normal mail is on us. However, you are required to pay for your return shipping. In the event that the required size is not available, we will offer a non-expiry store credit.
If you prefer to return your item, we will issue a store credit equivalent to your purchase amount minus shipping charges. Please write to us for instructions on how to proceed.
We do not offer refunds of purchases.
Preorders and Discounted Items
We do not exchange nor refund any item bought during a preorder or when an item is bought at a discount using a coupon code. This includes items that are on sale.
